Old Basing Bootcamp is an outdoor all weather group exercise class just outside Basingstoke that mixes traditional cardiovascular and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. I also provide basic nutritional advice.
While there are a variety of styles of fitness boot camps, most are designed in a way that pushes the participants harder than they’d push themselves.
This class offers a new way to get a low-cost, efficient and challenging workout.
This class involves an intense cardiovascular workout and these fitness classes create a supportive and motivational community of like-minded people.

12 classes a month £35.00. + 1 PT session a month £60.00
15 classes a month £45.00 + 1 PT session a month £75.00
Unlimited classes £75.00 ~+ 3 PT session a month £150.00
